Layer 1 and the 1-4 pages of the Elusive Sunflower Series.
For context of how this series of four made, we had assigned partners in class cover each others stone in gum arabic. The caveat for this is that gum arabic removes any possibility of ink adhering to the parts where you put it. That's why a majority of the composition consists of a lot of black. I used a subtractive method of scraping the gum arabic to add the outline of multiple sunflowers and a girl I drew is hidden within the largest area of ink.
