I used this illustration about my dual citizenship for my lithography class. The knitted texture resembles my connection to England, where my Nanna taught me how to knit.
This series of two is a dreamscape about how I am seen in England vs. America. Sometimes the lines blur, but I know that my dog is golden like the stars in the flag. She can be a symbol of the American dream I now live in.
